A couple weekends ago my brother ran a triathlon. It was totally awesome to watch him do that, but also it was totally awesome to be with so much family to support him. We stayed in an awesome condo and had some fun times together. Ellen is not only our daughter, she is loved and loves just about as equally to everyone in my family. This picture is a good example of that.

Golf Cupcakes!
I saw these in a Martha Stewart cupcake book, and since my brother-in-law is totally obsessed with golfing, his wife took advantage of the idea for father's day. They turned out so cute!
We got some family pics with Joe's trombone before he sold it. It was so fun to see Ellen's cheeks puff up! Maybe she'll pick up on an instrument other than the piano some day, but hopefully not the trombone...i don't think it's THAT great! :)

Now Joe can say that he participated in a triathlon. A bag of cookie crisp. Oh, classic Joe.
I didn't bring the cookie crisp, it was provided. Also, I had to walk nearly 1/2 mile to get to where I could sit down to eat the stuff. I practically did participated in the event....and my ankle was sunburned.
Those are great pics of Joe! I love Ellen playing the trombone. It is very cute!
