Ironman makes biscuits and bookshelves

Ellen took one of these little stick-on shelf lights we had the other day and put it on her chest to look like Ironman. Even though she has a pink striped sweater on, it is a better impression than she was able to do in October. She used to just stand there with her hands at her side looking constipated saying, "I'm the red one."

It seems that even Ironman gets frustrated sometimes, I believe the phrase she gave her was, 'Oh, Dad."

We Made some biscuits the other day as well. We decided to make some fun shapes. Ellen models them below.

We've been needing to fix our entertainment center situation for awhile now. Angie came up with an idea and we put it into action.

Before:
During:

Ellen was reading schematics and helping me along the way. She had a good time. Her favorite part was hammering. I think that's everyone's favorite part of building.

This is one of the times Ellen blinked during the process. Just in case someone out there didn't think she blinked. She does. Frequently.

After:
I think it works pretty well. All of the shelve on the left are full of movies and Video games in alphabetical order. It's awesome.

If Ellen is anything like MY kids, the "alphabetical order" won't last long! It looks great though!

somebody bought shelves and brackets that don't jive together. That's why we didn't hang them yet, and Ellen isn't tall enough to reach the movies that are in alphabetical order, unfortunately, Angie is.....
