New things

You'd think, well I thought, after the holidays the need for new things would go down and the bank account would take a break. That thought lasted for the day I thought it and then it was over! Luckily we received practical things. :) We got a very first vacuum! This lovely picture is the after shot of vacuuming our recently vacuumed floors with a different vacuum. Whoa! We also got a new iron. It is so nice. I don't get a tired arm from pushing down on the clothes to make the wrinkles come out!

And of course I can never wait to make a new craft project. This is Ellen's new bag. We made it for church, but now we pretty much use it for everything! Ellen loved being my helper. She picked everything out and helped me stamp the white flowers on it. So fun!
