We're Assuming...

We''re assuming that Ellen is teething. She's getting her molars in. So this happening after having a fever for 4 days has made for one tired girl. She is easily upset and she is always tired. Anyway the past couple nights Ellen has challenged bed time. Tonight while Joe was in the bathroom brushing his teeth Ellen was SCREAMING in her room, "DADDY OPEN THE DOOR! DADDY! OPEN THE DOOR!!" I couldn't help but laugh while I was laying in bed with the laptop. This is significant not only for a new level of tantrum throwing (which she was escalating daily) but this may have been her first full grammatically correct sentence. We're very proud of her! ;) Usually she just mumbles a bunch of sounds. In this case we would expect this from her: "Daddy, *mumble mumble* Door!"
