We took little Ellen Bear "trunk of treat"ing last night. Plus there was a little Carnival and parade before hand. This is her with her soon to be cousin Fatima.

It took a few tried to get Ellen to win the cake walk! She would walk along just fine, but before the music would stop so they could call her number she would run around and miss out. But it sure was cute to watch her figure it out.

Ellen loves apples. There were some apples you could bob for. I just let Ellen use her hands! She was by far the quickest bobber.

Then it was outside for the candy. Joe and I ate hotdogs and drank hot chocolate while she filled up her stash. She picked up on the whole thing pretty quick. She would get to a new car and just open up her bag. She got a lot of candy.

She hated putting this costume on by the way. This was by far the worst fit I've seen Ellen have. It took Joe and I to put it on her. It was awful. It was like torture for the little girl. But of course once it was one she loved being a little bear, just like her little bear! We're going to a Halloween party this Friday so we'll be posting more pictures of Ellen dressed up and also Joe and I dressed up. Any guesses what we'll be?
